In this week’s newsletter a bit more on what I’ve been up to:
Feedback
To put it briefly: Organising what I hear from all of you is a fun challenge.
Over the last weeks I’ve spoken to more people who used Formable. As a result my list of possible improvements and things to fix is getting longer and longer.
This isn’t unexpected, but I might have to change how I do product with Formable. Thus far, except for some corrections, I’ve mainly been building by myself.
I don’t collect so much feedback that I’d need complicated workflows to deal with all of it, but it does warrant some changes.
Different from how I handled feedback in previous projects, I know that there are small bugs I won’t fix within the next weeks, just because having Formable super polished isn’t the goal now.
On the other hand, rebuilding big parts of the app comes with bigger costs, so those also aren’t things to jump on immediately.
That’s the enjoyable part behind it: Transforming that feedback into a roadmap. Even thought that’s something I’m familiar with, it seems very different with Formable.
Let me know if you want to add to my list of feedback ;)
Besides talking to people I’ve been busy fixing things, and also spent some time around my freelancing activities.
